entry 5- Holy SHIT!!

As i mentioned the other day I was going in for my first colonic and HOLY SHIT! I was pretty scared for the unknown but at the same time quite intriuged. As it turned out the experience was somewhat pleasant and very releasing!! I was alone in the room for most of the time. The lights were dim, there was option to watch tv, and the bed was comfortable. My legs we resting knees up, sorta like a sit up position for those of you who actually work out... and I was on my back. There was a skinny little tube inserted into my a-hole, and a constant flow of warm water. I was told to massage my belly and hold the water til I couldn't hold any more then let go... and SPLAT! how cool was that! This went on for 40 minutes and I relaxed into it and let the process of life flow thru me with ease. Of course I asked to see it afterwards, and together we examined my shit from the past few days, months and possibly years according to her. I would definitely go back and do it again. She even got me to try a shot of drinkable clay! who would have thought? I will leave you with the basics, as I wouldn't want to disturb you with the intricate details of my fecal matter...that will be for another day. I felt so much lighter, although I did go out drinking last night so that probably didn't help my cause...Stay tuned for "Bitches ain't shit but hoes and tricks" and "the Great Cheatbate" a few things I have been thinking about lately. And just to get your mind thinking to: what exactly are the rules and guidelines in relationships, what exactly constitutes for CHEATING?
